⦁ Increased my responsibilities from reviewing new livestreaming features in the U.S. to overseeing all policy for TikTok LIVE in 35 countries including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Brazil

⦁ Developed the 27 policies used to moderate U.S. LIVE gaming reducing over-moderation by 33%

⦁ Selected to represent livestreaming during the development of company-wide global strategies to be used for political misinformation and online gambling

⦁ Helped government relations and legal teams with issues related to the U.S. lawmakers by educating them on the challenges and strategies used by trust and safety teams for TikTok LIVE

⦁ Determined final decision for content moderation of borderline and high-profile cases

​⦁ Conducted research as part of a $730,000 research grant from U.S. Air Force Office of Scientific Research to study moral agency in human-robot interaction               

⦁ Developed surveys, created stimulus materials, and analyzed data then wrote and edited papers resulting in 4 publications & 4 conference presentations

⦁ Supervised 5 lab assistants and oversaw day-to-day lab activities and humanoid robot operation, leading to over 100 participants successfully completing the study
